KSI is eyeing a boxing bout against former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley sometime in future after his boxing date with Dillon Danis fell apart.
“I should’ve just picked Woodley at the start. That’s what we were going to do. We were training for Woodley … We were thinking Dillon Danis would be more entertaining.” KSI said.
Former UFC champion Tyron Woodley has openly demanded 1% ownership of KSI’s Misfits Boxing on the condition that he defeats the YouTuber in the ring. Woodley called out the YouTuber in a tweet.
In his tweet, Woodley pleaded with the YouTuber to demonstrate his masculinity by agreeing to a boxing match with him. He tweeted: “What God has for me is for me!”
After Woodley posted his tweet, KSI made a poll and asked his followers to vote for either Tyron Woodley or “a pro boxer with a better boxing record than Tommy Fury.”
KSI said he is seeking a professional boxer with a “better record than Tommy Fury” and said that Woodley is a “tired” fighter who “got knocked out by Jake Paul by standing still.”
“If I’m that weary then its easy money rt [right],” Woodley responded to KSI’s post. He also requested a stake in Misfits Boxing in exchange for defeating KSI in the ring.
Woodley then said that he would gladly hang up his gloves and retire if KSI were to defeat him. On the other hand, KSI would have to give Woodley 1% of the company if he triumphed against the YouTuber and CEO of Misfits Boxing. Woodley stated: “If u can beat me I’ll retire. If u lose I own 1% of your promotion.”
U should fight the person a million person poll said 2 fight. If im so tired then its easy money rt? The same situation when u asked 2 fight me & sent me a contract i agreed 2. U took the easy route w/o tellin me. If u can beat me i'll retire. If u lose i own 1% of your promotion https://t.co/WeIaY5Luyi

In addition, the former UFC champion said that KSI chose the simple path. He said, “U took the easy route w/o tellin me.”
