Sean Strickland claims Israel Adesanya is aroused by cartoons

UFC middleweight  Sean Strickland took aim at the reigning middleweight champion Israel Adesanya. The controversial athlete expressed his belief that Adesanya likes to play with himself while watching anime.

It’s no secret that Israel Adesanya is a big fan of  anime. The New Zealander often taunts and poses in anime style. At UFC 234, he posed like Rock Lee from Naruto during a staredown session with Anderson Silva.

Sean Strickland mentioned Adesanya’s fondness for anime during an interview with The Schmo. He was asked about his opinion on the champion and how he would react if he bumps with Adesanya at UFC 276. ‘Tarzan’ said he doesn’t have any hate towards Adesanya, but accused him of getting aroused by cartoons.

“He might be the champ, but by July 2nd, he might not be the champ anymore. No, man, I like Izzy. Besides the anime, I like Izzy. He’s a tough motherf***er. ”

“Besides the anime, the guy probably jerks off to cartoons. I hold that against you. I guarantee you, Izzy, you have jerked off to cartoons once in your life. Don’t f***ing lie to me. That needs to be said.”  Strickland said.

Sean Strickland once again made an eyebrow-raising statement. The 31-year-old is known to be ridiculous and controversial especially on his recently suspended Twitter account. He captivated the attention of the public when he talked openly about male MMA coaches grooming their students – notably Aspen Ladd and Rose Namajunas’ relationships with their coaches.

Both Israel Adesanya and Sean Strickland will be featured on the UFC 276 card coming in July. Adesanya will headline the event against Jared Cannonier.  Adesanya is still undefeated in the middleweight division.

Adesanya snatched the title from Robert Whittaker in 2019, he went on to defend it 4 times thus far.

He tasted his one and only loss when he crossed over to light heavyweight against then champion Jan Blachowicz.

Strickland will be facing Adesanya’s longtime kickboxing opponent Alex Pereira. In 2016, Alex Pereira defeated Israel Adesanya via unanimous decision. In his last kickboxing match in 2017, Pereira knocked out Adesanya with a vicious left hook.
