Post USADA Jon Jones Shows Off Body Transformation

As the countdown to UFC 309 continues, fight fans are buzzing with anticipation over Jon Jones’ upcoming heavyweight title defense against Stipe Miocic. With just 45 days to go, Jones has set social media ablaze by sharing a photo that showcases his impressive physique, complete with a chiseled six-pack.

The image of a “lean and mean” Jones has sparked intense speculation about his preparation for the bout. Many observers are noting the stark contrast between his current appearance and the bulkier frame he sported when he first moved up to the heavyweight division.

One fan commented, “Jones is looking sharp and focused, instead of bulky and sluggish!” Another chimed in, “This physique looks much more effective than his previous weight gain approach.”

The transformation has left many wondering what kind of performance Jones will bring to the octagon. As one of the most decorated fighters in UFC history, Jones has consistently reinvented himself throughout his career, and this latest evolution has fans and pundits alike pondering the potential implications for the heavyweight landscape.

Meanwhile, the UFC has taken the precautionary step of naming Tom Aspinall as the official backup for the event. However, former two-division champion Daniel Cormier has expressed skepticism about this arrangement. On his YouTube channel, Cormier questioned whether either Jones or Miocic would be willing to face Aspinall on short notice if the need arose.

“Just because Aspinall is the backup doesn’t guarantee he’ll get a fight if something goes awry,” Cormier explained. He drew parallels to a previous instance where Sergei Pavlovich was designated as a backup but ultimately didn’t compete.
