Paddy Pimblett bounces back to 200 lbs, reveals he’ll stop binging when he gets more serious opponents

UFC rising star Paddy Pimblett is back to his chunky look after a big victory last month.

Paddy ‘The Baddy’ Pimblett attracted more fans after winning his third UFC bout last month. He tussled with Jordan Leavitt at UFC London and submitted Leavitt with a rear-naked choke. He also easily won his UFC debut last September. In his second UFC bout, he made his name even bigger when he submitted UFC debutant Kazula Vargas, winning all his three UFC bouts.

It’s not even a month after his recent bout and Pimblett already looks very different. He ballooned due to unhealthy eating habits. The Liverpulldian is careless about his weight if he isn’t in camp. He simply has a lot of love for junk food and even calls himself Paddy “The Fatty”.

Currently, the 27-year-old is in the US doing a mini promotional tour. He appeared at the recent UFC San Diego aftershow to talk about his current weight and his next showdown. He was asked about his weight and revealed that he is now around 200 pounds. He also said that he doesn’t plan to maintain his weight until he competes among ranked opponents.

“Once I start fighting ranked opponents, I will keep my weight down. For now, I enjoy putting a little bit of chub rub on.

About his octagon return, Pimblett shared a glimpse of his discussion with UFC officials and said he wouldn’t be fighting along with his friend Molly McCann.

“I think I’m going to fight in Vegas. That’s all. You know what I mean. I’ve seen that card getting slated for December 10.” Pimblett said.
