“I was with Logan Paul one time where I was at a casino gambling and then he was like let’s hang out,” MrBeast shared. What started as a quick detour to a nightclub turned into a two-hour stretch of tedium. “I’m just so f*cking bored and I just cave and was like okay I need to just drink,” he admitted. This marked the first time MrBeast, then 23 or 24 years old, tried drinking after actively avoiding it due to what he called his “ad dictive personality.”
Despite this one-off indulgence, the experience left a sour impression. “I just kind of like feel weird but it’s not a happy weird—it’s just like this is… I just don’t like it.” Since that night, MrBeast estimated he’s only had a drink about five times in total, further noting how many younger generations now consider drinking “kind of dumb.”

Addressing recent attempts to smear his company, he candidly discussed the inevitability of issues within an operation of his scale. “It would be absurd to think that hundreds of people or sometimes over a thousand when we scale up contractors working together all these hours that they’ll never be any issues,” he remarked.

Adapting to these reactions, he adjusted his strategy. “I stopped posting the videos where we give away money and just more like the challenge videos and then they’re like ‘oh this is cool.’”
