Mike Majlak Says He Turned to Peptides to Restore Fertility After Testosterone Use

On a recent appearance on the Impaulsive podcast, Mike Majlak opened up about his current health regimen, specifically his use of HCG to address fertility concerns following years of testosterone use.

The topic came up organically mid-conversation when Mike drew a comparison between long timelines and a personal health situation he is currently navigating. “You know what else takes years?” he said. “Potentially getting your fertility back after you take testosterone for like a half a decade.”

Mike confirmed he is currently on HCG, clarifying his choice: “I’m on HCG. Which is a fertility peptide. I just started taking it. Supposed to add some girth back to your nuts after they atrophy from years of testosterone.”

He went on to explain that he is combining HCG with testosterone to bridge the gap while working to restore testicular volume: “I’ve got I’m combining the two to bridge the gap right now to try to fill those suckers back up.”

Guest Bradley Martyn responded by sharing his own situation, noting he only has 85% of his right testicle and expressing concern about further shrinkage. Mike used the moment to explain the hormonal mechanism behind what testosterone does to the body: “Well, if you did test that bad boy would shrink. You want to know what drops your LH, luteinizing hormone? That’s the one that tells your rating.”

The conversation then shifted toward Mike’s larger motivation for the regimen. At 40 years old, he said he is trying to freeze a sperm sample before it is too late. Logan Paul revealed that the group had previously done a sperm fertility test on Mike, and the results were not encouraging.

“Those things are static, my guy,” Logan said.

Mike agreed, saying: “There was one alive and it was just swimming in circles.”

Mike asked whether the test had been conducted before or after his testosterone use, and when Logan confirmed it was before, Mike acknowledged that did not exactly bode well for his prospects.

The group discussed potential next steps, with Logan suggesting IVF as an option and noting that the process allows for selection of healthier sperm. Mike pushed back slightly, saying: “No, you need to have a chunk of healthy nut.”

He then laid out his current protocol more fully: “HCG. That’s the one to do it with. Maybe a little Clomid. Throw a little Clomid in there.”

Bradley, who acknowledged his own history with roids, was brought into the conversation as someone familiar with how these compounds affect the body. The exchange remained candid throughout, with Mike framing the entire effort around a straightforward goal: starting a family.

“Dude, 40, bro. Settle down. Start the family,” he said. “I got to do it. But I got to fill these nuts back up with HCG.”
