Mayweather Boxing Event Feat. Anderson Silva moved to May 21

Over the previous decade, Floyd Mayweather has been one of boxing’s highest-paid athletes. He’s still not done, despite his retirement. Mayweather has competed in several financially successful exhibition fights.

Mayweather and Moore were scheduled to box at the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah hotel on Saturday. However, the Dubai exhibition bout was postponed last week.

The cancellation last week was owing to the death of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He was the president of the United Arab Emirates. The official mourning period would be for 40 days.

Boxing Hall of Famer Floyd Mayweather revealed that his comeback to the ring had been rescheduled. Mayweather gave what looked to be a definitive announcement on the event’s new date on Tuesday.

The message said, “Dubai- May 21st.”

Mayweather and Moore have sparred together in the past. They are both unbeaten in professional boxing.

With a 50-0 record, Mayweather is undoubtedly the best boxer of all time.

Mayweather, along with previous champions Andre Ward and Ann Wolfe, was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame last year.

Last summer, Mayweather battled YouTuber turned boxer Logan Paul in a non-scored exhibition. Many fans felt that he would have won if scorecards had been used.

Because of the physical disparity between Paul and Mayweather, the bout was not sanctioned in Florida.

Anderson Silva is set to be featured on the same card, boxing against Brazilian MMA fighter Bruno Machado.
