A self-described researcher and instructor named Berislav Hermescec has attracted growing online attention for teaching what he calls 100% no-touch martial arts techniques.
Hermescec describes himself on YouTube as “a researcher and instructor exploring human potential, telekinesis training, qigong, chi energy, energy healing, and the human energy field through real demonstrations captured in everyday practice.”
His channel bio reads in part: “What if mind over matter is real and the human body can be influenced without physical touch? On this channel, you’ll see real no-touch demonstrations showing visible human body reactions, balance changes, movement influence, and energy-based interaction without contact, tricks, hypnosis, or editing.”
In his videos, Hermescec claims to influence a person’s balance and movement purely through intention and what he refers to as bioenergy.
“When you learn how to use the hidden power of your own body, your feeling, your intention, and your bioenergy field, you can affect balance, movement, and reaction without physical force,” he states in one clip.
Among his more remarkable claims is that no-touch techniques are viable in real-world confrontations, including hostage scenarios. He has posted footage purportedly showing a simulated hostage situation in which the aggressor is neutralized using chi energy alone, with no physical contact.
Hermescec also lists credentials in both Qigong, describing himself as a grandmaster, and Systema, the Russian martial art associated with special forces training. Neither his websites nor his YouTube channels, however, provide any information about where or from whom he received training in either discipline, a detail Rob highlights as a significant red flag.
Beyond martial arts, Hermescec authored a book titled “The Heart is the Secret That Will Change Your Life: Discover the Incredible Powers of Your Heart in This Revolutionary Book,” in which he outlines what he calls the hermetic healing power of heart method.
He claims the method blends science and religion and can overcome disease while unlocking supernatural abilities. Central to the book is a concept he calls decoding the heart, a process he says is accessible only to those specifically chosen by God, and which he warns could cause cardiac arrest in anyone who attempts it without that divine selection.
