Liver King did a new round of thinly veiled Joe Rogan fight threats in front of a portrait of Seth Rogen

The misdemeanor charge against Brian Johnson the disgraced social media personality known as Liver King has been officially dismissed in Travis County court. Anyone hoping this would signal the end of his fixation on podcast host Joe Rogan will be disappointed.

Johnson was arrested earlier this year after posting a series of rambling videos claiming he was traveling to Austin to confront the UFC commentator. Rogan‘s security team alerted police to the escalating statements and Johnson‘s apparent proximity to Rogan‘s residence. Following his release on a 20,000 USD bond Johnson was placed under a restraining order requiring him to maintain at least 200 feet distance from Rogan his family and his businesses. Authorities also instructed him to stop mentioning Rogan online.

Court records confirm the charges were dropped though no explanation was provided regarding whether the dismissal came from insufficient evidence a procedural issue or an arrangement between the parties.

In the latest video Johnson appears to rehearse or reenact a confrontation saying

“you have no idea why no idea what else did you say about you what did you say about the man on the podcast uh yeah yeah and you have no idea i have no idea why he would have any threats for me and they weren’t threats a challenge.”

Mental health professionals and observers have expressed alarm at Johnson‘s recent behavior describing it as a volatile mix of obsession delusion and performance art that spirals beyond control. His fixation remains intact despite legal pressure and public criticism.

Johnson‘s downfall has been dramatic. He once commanded a multi million dollar supplement empire built around his

“ancestral lifestyle”

brand which promoted raw organ meat consumption and rejection of modern comforts. That empire collapsed after he was exposed for secretly using PEDs while publicly denying it.

What is clear is that Johnson‘s psychological state appears increasingly unstable and his inability to let go of his fixation suggests the situation is far from resolved despite the restraining order.
