After giving up his extensive PED stack for a week, Liver King delivered the first weigh-in report.
Over the last two years, social media fitness influencer Liver King (actual name Bryan Johnson) has been well-known for his enormous body size.
The internet was flooded with footage showing Johnson gorging on raw meat and organs, including liver, kidney, bone marrow, and more. With his viral videos, he soon racked up more than 1.7 million Instagram followers and over 4 million TikTok followers.
The 45-year-old influences his followers to follow the nine ancestral tenets and promotes his supplements.
PED expert Derek of More Plates More Dates infamy published a video featuring leaked emails from a fitness trainer Liver King (born Brian Johnson) contacted back in 2021 hoping to optimize his PED use and make the best adjustments in his chemical regimen.
The stack is estimated to cost upwards of $10,000 a month.
Soon after the video went viral, Liver King apologized and tried to offer strange rationalizations for his choices.
However, the apology was not warmly received by everyone. Many pundits laughed over the fact Johnson justified lying in a strange manner.
“I continually dismissed it and dug myself into a bigger and deeper hole. I have only myself to blame. I did that and it was all wrong. I will be better, I will talk about it openly… I’m as sorry as a man can be and all I can do is take extreme ownership right now, be better and lead myself to a better life as a better human.”
Johnson announced his intention to stop using PEDs last month. However, he added that he would not be able to stop immediately since he had been ingesting high dosages.
And even then – there’s a big question if his endocrine system will be able to get a jump start considering he’s been using a lot of stuff for an extended amount of time.
On his instagram stories, Johnson also revealed he was fasting in addition to the fact he now weighs 188lbs.
A number of Liver King’s fans adopted his apology but it’s unclear where he goes from here and what of his infamy will remain if he indeed goes full ‘natty’ .
