Lionel Messi’s doesn’t move a muscle without MMA vet bodyguard Yassine Chueko

Over the last several days, Yassine Chueko’s name has been widely popular on social media. David Beckham recruited the ex-soldier for Lionel Messi’s personal protection at Inter Miami.

Lionel Messi is one of the biggest players to have ever played in the USA. So Yassine Chueko seems to be the ideal candidate to stop threats made against the footballer. Chueko was recently spotted sprinting along the sideline as Messi and his teammates were celebrating an equalizer.

It’s interesting to note that he is more than simply a veteran who has served in Iraq and Afghanistan. Yassine Chueko has participated in multiple bouts and is a skilled mixed martial artist. A crucial facet of his responsibilities entails man-marking Messi during matches so he can thwart any trespassers who try to approach the Inter Miami captain.

Chueko’s commitment extends far beyond the confines of the soccer field. Chueko also protects Messi while he is out and about with his family in public, as well as before and after games.

In the summer, Lionel Messi moved from the French team PSG to Inter Miami. Since Messi made his club debut, it seems that the team’s fortunes have shifted. The Argentinian has participated in 8 matches for the team thus far, scoring 10 goals and providing 3 assists.

Lionel Messi has also already won his first trophy with the team. In a thrilling final match versus Nashville SC, Inter Miami won the MLS Leagues Cup. Additionally, he has assisted his group in advancing to the US Open Cup. They will be playing against against Houston Dynamo on September 27.

While Inter Miami in the MLS league is at the 15th position currently, aspirations run high. The team has to move up to position 9 in order to make the playoffs. Having said that, it will be intriguing to watch whether Messi can continue to lead Miami to two more trophies this year.
