Recently crowned Bantamweight Champion Juliana Penna is apparently not very good with numbers.
Julianna made a recent appearance on the Joe Rogan Podcast. The fighter and the podcaster were there to mainly talk about her recent upset win over one of the greatest female fighters of all time Amanda Nunes.
Julianna Penna also made the case for her being much more marketable than Nunes – which is pretty clear. Several of the lowest rated PPV cards of the last 5 years featured a Nunes headliner.
Nunes vs Pennington sold only 85,000 PPVs while Nunes vs Valentina Shevchenko sold 100,000.
And while we’re at addressing the obvious – Pena is obviously much more appealing. However the positive impression she started with, was somewhat dimmed by her dimwitted appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast.
When asked by Joe Rogan how old she was, Julianna apparently didn’t have an answer for this tricky question.

The champion will likely still dodge those pesky elementary school math classes – she is likely to rematch Nunes in the near future.
The fun didn’t stop there either – Penna is also a pandemic skeptic.
Joe Rogan is confronted with the harmful COVID conspiracies he spreads on Spotify.
MMA Fighter Julianna Pena asserts that the pandemic “is just a money grab, they are trying to kill us.” She backed up this claim by citing Rogan’s interviews w/ Robert Malone & Peter McCullough pic.twitter.com/Y3ggW73roT

Julianna described the world-event that killed more than 6 million people a “cash-grab”.
Pena is expected to face Amanda Nunes in a rerun of their last fight, happening in the first semester of 2022.
UFC President Dana White has described the rematch as “the biggest women’s fight of all-time”
The rematch still doesn’t have a date scheduled.
