Jacked, juiced and ready to go: Bob Sapp Challenges Mike Tyson

Popular mixed martial artist and former kickboxer Bob Sapp challenged boxing legend Mike Tyson to a fight. Sapp posted hilarious videos on his Instagram account and claimed that ‘Iron’ Mike is afraid of him.

Bob Sapp has competed in many combat sports branches such as wrestling, kickboxing, and MMA. The 48-year-old may not be a great athlete and has numerous losses in his career, but he has an entertaining and charismatic personality that many people like.

Recently, Bob Sapp took to his Instagram account to challenge former world champion Mike Tyson. In the video, he can be seen still jacked at the age of 48 years old. ‘The Beast’ hilariously insulted Tyson and mocked Tyson’s gesture.

“Mike, now we all know what happened when you and I talked about the fight. I sent you a photo along with this sentence: ‘Mike if you fight me I will rip your heart out and tear it to shreds.’ And it still applies.” Sapp said in the video.

He added, “As for you, Mike. I’ve got a challenge for you. Since you stopped running, listen to me for a second. You and me and two of my best fighters vs two of your best fighters. Stand up, Marquess of Queensbury Rules. Because you’re too scared to fight one on one. I’ll take all of you on, punk boxers. I like little Michael. I like little Michael. That’s my challenge, you know my age. Fight me. Or my crew.”

Sapp is an infamous PED abuser. Back in the day, Balco’s Victor Conte explained:

“Here’s what I was told – I don’t want to create more multi-million dollar lawsuits against me, but here’s the story that I was told – [Arnold] sold a whole bunch of [tetrahydrogestrinone, also known as ‘The Clear’], like a gallon, to Bob Sapp, K-1 fighter,” Conte said. “My understanding is this stuff was all over the NFL. I guess during this time he was out of the NFL, and there was a period of time when he played in the Canadian (Football) League before he went to Japan to do the K-1 fighting, but the point is this stuff was very widely distributed, was my understanding.”

Previously, Tyson revealed during a talk in the Joe Rogan Experience that he was actually supposed to box Sapp in his exhibition match in 2020. However, due to some reasons, Sapp didn’t make it to box Tyson and fellow boxing veteran Roy Jones Jr was chosen to replace Sapp.

Back in 2003, Bob Sapp had an altercation with Tyson during a K-1 kickboxing event in Las Vegas. Sapp called out Tyson who was at the ringside and Tyson entered the arena. Both tried to brawl but many people jumped in the arena and separated the two.
