A Serbian made MMA history, when he made his presence felt in Poland’s KSW promotion during the recent KSW 84 event. Although not widely known globally, Nikolic entered the bout as an undefeated middleweight, aiming to maintain his flawless record and add another victory to his impressive career. However, the outcome turned out to be far from what he expected.

In a dramatic turn of events, Nikolic faced off against Bartosz Leśko and experienced the first defeat of his professional MMA career.

 

To make matters worse, he was forced to submit to a RNC e in the first round. The most surprising part of the bout, though, was the massive cut he sustained above his right eyebrow.

The cut was deep and graphic, leaving Nikolic with a wound that resembled the impact of an ax. The severity of the injury caught the attention of fans and spectators alike. One fan expressed humorously on Twitter, “I can literally see his thoughts,” referring to the extent of the cut.

The cut was so bad the image of it even got taken off of twitter.

Despite the unfortunate turn of events and the viral attention drawn to his cut, Nemanja Nikolic is undeniably a talented martial artist. Prior to his encounter with Bartosz Leśko, Nikolic had an impeccable record with nine wins, one draw, and no losses in ten professional outings.

The cut bares resemblance to what Rodrigues went through last year when a gash in his forehead revealed his ephemeral artery .
