It was a good night for Carlos Ulberg. Ulberg was booked to fight Tafon Nchukwi in a UFC Vegas 57 bout.
Ulberg comes from way of New Zealand and is a part of City Kickboxing – along with Israel Adesanya and Kai Cara France.
Ulberg was booked to meet another heavy hitter in Tafon Nchukwi.
The two traded low kicks early in round 1. Following the exchange Ulberg jabbed Nchukwi and noticed him start to lose consciousness. Upon this, he unleashed a flurry of lefts and rights that ultimately rendered Nchukwi passed out on the floor.

This victory makes Ulberg 2-1 inside the UFC. Nchukwi drops to 2-3 in the UFC and his future is unsafe in the promotion.

Ulberg was cheered on by Israel Adesanya who was on hand to prep for UFC 276 headliner. He went straight from the victory to go train with Adesanya to help him prep for his pending match.
