Social media star Hasbulla Magomedov revealed what he said to Sean O’Malley at UFC 280.
Hasbullah Magomedov started to become famous thanks to his constant viral videos on the social media platform TikTok. He appears younger than he is supposed to be due to dwarfism, and his hilarious way of carrying himself despite tiny stature has people intrigued.
Hasbullah has become more popular in the world of mixed martial arts. It’s all due to his friendship with Khabib Nurmagomedov and lightweight champion Islam Makhachev. Hasbullah has a well documented history of supporting Dagestanis in UFC including Islam Makhachev. His popularity has a good impact on the UFC and its athletes so he usually got invited to UFC major events.
While many call Hasbullah mini Khabib he’s actually closer to Makhachev – who is his neighbor back home.
The 20-year-old was invited to UFC 280 in Abu Dhabi, where his friend Islam Makhachev was competing for the vacant lightweight belt against Charles Oliveira. Hasbullah also met several athletes who featured on the card, including rising star Sean O’Malley.
Following his controversial decision win against top contender Petr Yan, O’Malley stumbled upon Hasbullah. They had a conversation for a bit before taking a picture together. During a recent episode of Full Send Podcast, Hasbullah revealed what he said to the bantamweight athlete.
“Yeah, I want to paint my restroom at home the same color as his head. As I said, I like everything natural and I don’t like his haircut and color.” Hasbullah said.
Sean O’Malley is an eccentric athlete. He has colorful tattoos all over his body and he dyes his hair with various colors as well.
Sean O’Malley defeated Petr Yan via a split decision after exchanging blows for three rounds. Following this victory, the 28-year-old is moved to number one contender and is ready for a title shot.
