Popular pro-skater and reality television star Bam Margera is currently being hunted by Pennsylvania State Police officials following an alleged incident with his brother Jesse.
According to Pennsylvania State Police officials speaking to TMZ, officers were called to a reported disturbance near Margera’s $1.1 million Pocopson Township manor. The alleged incident partipant claimed they were involved in an incident with the 43-year-old pro skater and suffered minor injuries as a result.
However, Margera had already escaped into a nearby forested area when police arrived and had not yet been found.
According to reports, the incident occurred at 8 a.m. on Sunday, when Bam started banging on his brother Jesse’s bedroom door. He left a disturbing note that read, “If you even f***ing think of calling the police on me I will officially f*** you up.”
Jesse said that he saw the message and went downstairs to see Bam peeing into a kitchen sink, which sparked a scrap. Bam allegedly continued to be angry and said: “I’ll kill you. I’ll put a bullet in your head.”
Jesse claims that Bam hit him multiple times on his head during the incident and threatened to kill him, their father Phil, and two unidentified women in the home. He then fled into the nearby woods.
As a result of the incident, a warrant has been issued for Bam’s arrest. He is facing charges of four misdemeanor counts of terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, one count of simple assault, and a final count of harassment while subjecting another to physical contact.
This is not the first time Bam Margera has found himself in legal trouble. Just weeks ago, he was arrested in California after getting into trouble with an unidentified woman at a Thai restaurant in Burbank.
Sources close to the star’s estranged wife Nikki Margera have revealed that she is considering filing for legal protection against him to safeguard herself and their five-year-old son Phoenix.
