Florida pastor & kung fu master, arrested for alleged sex abuse of teens

According to a police complaint, a Florida pastor was detained this week for reportedly having sex with two teenage females he met via his church and kung fu school.

After the alleged victims called the police this week and accused him of predatory conduct, Roberson Douge was arrested and sent to the Brevard County prison on Thursday.

According to police records, Douge is a minister at the Apostolic Church of Christ and the owner of the Tiger Claw Kung Fu Academy in Palm Bay.

When one of the females confided in her friend that her relations with Douge were troubling her, the other girl related a similar experience she had with him. Both victims have not been identified because they are under the age of 18. One told detectives she first encountered Douge in 2019 when her family relocated to Palm Bay and joined his church.

The unidentified youngster informed police that she often visited Douge’s family and that he would have sex with her while they were driving her back to her house.

The second victim said she volunteered at his martial arts school and that they were romantically involved in different areas of the establishment.

One of the teenagers told police that she alerted her boyfriend about the connection and that he advised her to call the authorities. Both teenagers ultimately phoned the police, who scheduled a monitored call between one of them and Douge.

The pastor constantly apologized and asked the girl not to tell anybody about his inappropriate behavior.

Roberson Douge was detained on suspicion of having sex with two adolescents he reportedly met via his church and kung fu school. Douge is now charged with 10 charges of sexual violence on a victim between the ages of 12 and 16, as well as 10 counts of sexual battery on a victim between the ages of 16 and 17, both by an offender older than 24.
