With the emergence of calf kick meta the number of groin kicks that accidentally happen in the UFC has been on the rise. Kicking has become a factor that cannot be denied – but accidents still happen.
One such accident took place at the Dana White Tuesday Night contender series – and White was spotted laughing in the audience.
White was adamant he was in no way laughing about the grave matter.
“Oh! I promise you I wasn’t laughing during that. If I was laughing, it was because of something else. No man laughs when he sees that happen. That I guarantee you. That was a bad one.”
“That’s right up there. That was a nasty low blow. Yes, that was one of the worst,” White concluded
The actual kick was quite a sight to behold accompanied by loud smacking sound.

The groin kick happened during a clash between Richard Jacob and rival Austen Lane. Referee gave Jacobi time to recover but alas it was too little too late with Lane edging his way towards a victory.
Elsewhere on the card, UFC signed youngest athlete they’ve ever signed in Raul Rosas Jr. Rosas is just under a year younger than Chase Hooper who was 18 at the time of his signing. Rosas had to secure a special permit to compete as a minor.
