Crocop responds to claims he blocked podcast host: If I have a problem with someone, I say it to their face

MMA legend Mirko Crocop has publicly responded to allegations that he blocked one of the hosts of the popular Jaxxon podcast on social media, creating a buzz among combat sports fans.

The controversy began when the podcast host apparently claimed that Crocop had blocked him online, an assertion that the Croatian star firmly denies.

“I don’t block people on social media,” Crocop explained in his response. “I don’t even know how to do that. Sometimes my manager handles those things, but I have no reason to block anyone.”

The former Pride FC and UFC star further clarified that he bears no ill will toward the podcast or its hosts, suggesting there may have been a misunderstanding or technical issue behind the apparent blocking.

“There must be some mistake. I respect all media platforms that cover our sport professionally,” he added.

Fans of both the star and the podcast have been discussing the situation across various social media platforms, with many speculating about what might have led to the supposed block.

Crocop, known for his straightforward communication style, emphasized that he prefers to address issues directly rather than through social media actions.

“If I have a problem with someone, I say it to their face. That’s always been my way,” he stated.

The Jaxxon podcast has gained popularity in recent years for its in-depth interviews with combat sports personalities. Neither the podcast’s main host Rampage Jackson nor the co-host who claimed to be blocked has publicly responded to Crocop’s statement as of this writing.

Industry insiders suggest this minor controversy will likely blow over quickly, as both parties have generally maintained professional relationships within the combat sports community.

Further Crocop might just show up on Jaxxon – but it will have to be on his own time.
