Conor McGregor recently disclosed that he personally executed all the daring stunts for the highly anticipated film ‘Road House’. This movie marks McGregor’s debut as an actor.
The unveiling of the movie’s first trailer on Thursday showcased the UFC star in action, setting the stage for what promises to be an exciting cinematic experience.
Taking to social media, the charismatic Irishman proudly stated:
“Fighting, acting, there’s nothing this Mac can’t do! Here’s the trailer featuring my brother, Jake Gyllenhaal, and me going toe-to-toe in the wildest action movie ever – Road House! My acting debut is gonna leave a mark! Long live Knox! Road House is open for business March 21 on Prime Video.”
The film is slated for release on Amazon Prime Video. It follows the journey of Elwood Dalton, portrayed by Jake Gyllenhaal. Dalton is a former MMA competitor turned bouncer at a rugged roadside bar nestled in the Florida Keys.
In a tweet that has since been deleted, McGregor unveiled his commitment to the craft by affirming that he personally did all the stunts for the movie.
He wrote on X: “Hey fella’s & What did you think of my acting debut movie trailer? Hell of a ride! I am now officially the highest paid first time actor of all time, on record, pipping Dwayne Johnson for the top spot. Incredible! Was I worth it?”

I was thrown off a speeding boat in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean and dragged through the sea underwater holding on to the anchor. Among a few crazy stunts I done. The movie is wild action! Glad the trailer is out and we can’t wait to bring her home! World tour starting soon.”
