20-year-old influencer Clavicular (also known as Braden Peters) is facing SA charges in Massachusetts. The charges were filed on September 8, with the underlying allegations dating back to May of 2025.
According to sources, court records show a judicial officer found probable cause on three counts. Statements of facts were also filed, meaning authorities believe they have evidence beyond what appears on the docket.
None of that stopped Clavicular from responding the way he did. Instead of staying quiet or simply asserting his innocence, he framed the situation as a money grab.
Clavicular wrote on social media: “She was literally trying to work at Bacara as a bottle girl. How about you don’t finance cars you can’t afford? Happens to all the successful young men. People try to come for your money. Greed is evil.”
He also shared a DM allegedly sent by the accuser to a bottle girl asking, “I know you’re a bottle girl and I’m curious how much you make and how the job is and if it gets scary,” alongside video of her near a rented Lambo.
He followed that with old texts including one reading, “My followers are weird. I’ve seen what happened. Hope it’s in your favor. That dude was weird asf, a demon.”
Clips have also surfaced of his close associate Andrew Tate advising him. Tate had previously warned him, “You’re going to have honey traps. You’re going to have girls accusing you of [ ]… The only way I’ve identified to defend yourself against this situation is money.”
None of that matches the actual charges, which have nothing to do with the age of consent, set at 16 in Massachusetts.
Video also surfaced of a visibly impaired Clavicular in a broadcast denying a separate accusation of spiking someone’s drink at a bar. He told the person confronting him, “I would never do something like that, you can’t walk around making accusations like that.”
