While the UFC 268 was happening in New York, Las Vegas hosted Canelo Alvarez vs Caleb Plant. Plant is known for very slick boxing and quick hands. Initially they gave Alvarez quite a bit of trouble – but soon he realized how to exploit Plant’s tendency to get cornered against the ropes.
A left hook from Canelo rocked Plant. That was followed up with a right uppercut and another left to send him flying to the boxing mat for the first time in his career. Plant has a record of 21-1.
