Tate’s attempts to appeal these travel restrictions have been unsuccessful. Despite their efforts, the Bucharest Court of Appeal dismissed his request to lift the travel ban.
Eugen Vidineac is one of Tate’s attorneys. He emphasized that the right to travel is a basic human right, essential for the freedom of individuals. But the court maintained its stance, reinforcing the travel ban initially extended on May 10 for another 60 days.
