Podcast host Adam22 is preparing for an unexpected boxing match against Jason Luv, an adult film performer who previously worked with his wife. During a recent episode of No Jumper, the media personality discussed the upcoming fight scheduled for an Adin Ross brand card, revealing his surprisingly strategic mindset about the matchup.
When asked about the potential bout, Adam22 acknowledged the unusual circumstances surrounding the fight. “Honestly, I’m kind of indifferent about him having banged my wife…,” he stated matter-of-factly.
The host agreed, saying: “That’s the line of work you in.” Despite the personal history, Adam22 explained that Jason Luv was actually his preferred opponent from a list of four potential fighters presented to him.
The physical disparity between the two became a topic of conversation. Jason Luv stands at 6’5″, while Adam22 measures 6’3″. However, the podcast host seemed unconcerned about the height difference. He recalled a recent encounter in Las Vegas where his perception of his opponent changed significantly.
“I remember when I saw him about a year ago in Vegas, and I hadn’t seen him for at least a year before that. When I looked at him, I remember just thinking like, I had built this dude up to be way bigger in my head, you know, with the whole wife banging thing and everything,” Adam22 explained. “When I saw him, I was like, oh, okay. He’s like a big strong dude, but he didn’t look that intense in front of me.”
The 44-year-old podcaster also noted that recent promotional photos showed Jason Luv appearing slimmer than before, potentially giving Adam22 a better chance in the ring. He said, “I haven’t seen him in a while, but when I saw the picture that he sent in for the flyer, he looked skinnier.”
The fight requires participants to undergo physical examinations due to age requirements for fighters over 40.
During the discussion, various other potential matchups were suggested for the card, including fights involving other podcast personalities and guests. Adam22 remained open to fighting Smack, another personality in the content-creation space, stating that there aren’t many people he wouldn’t be willing to face in the ring.
