This CTE-friendly fighting organization just had an event this weekend. It was the inaugural PPV event for the Pillow Fighting Championship.
And during one of the ‘fights’ an actual fight appears to have happened. It all started after one of the competitors felt victimized by his opponent’s strategy. At this point slight shoving match transpired.
The tensions were palpable in the air and the ring where the ‘fight’ was held got crowded with the members of security stepping in to prevent disaster.

The man responsible for the scuffle at the hilarious promotion is former UFC middleweight Markus Perez. Perez is still an active MMA fighter yet he opted to indulge and compete at the Pillow FC. He had made it to the quarterfinals – there he met Reggie Newsome. Of course the prize on the line was $5,000 for the winners of the finals.
Newsome’s tipping point appeared to be the moment where he lost the control of his pillow. At this point he opted to violate the rules and both teams ended up in the ring along with Pillow FC officials.
Hauley Tillman is the winner of the PFC Pound Down Men’s Tournament, the $5,000 purse and is the first-ever Men’s PFC Champion!
Tillman has a pro mma record 0-2-1!
