Ex-wife put UFC veteran husband on blast claiming he has 3 criminal cases going against him

In a dramatic escalation of their public divorce battle, Tatyana Oleynik, the ex-wife of former UFC heavyweight Alexey Oleynik, has announced her intention to file a lawsuit against him for slander and insult to honor and dignity following their contentious split.

The couple’s dispute, which began playing out in the media when Tatyana claimed Alexey wasn’t providing sufficient alimony, has now reached new heights with serious allegations made by the star’s former spouse.

“Oleynik flies in every other month for private events of the American government to speed up the receipt of a U.S. passport, as well as for court hearings related to his criminal and civil cases in the United States,” Tatyana told Moscow24 in a detailed statement.

According to reports, Tatyana claims ex-busband had a tumultuous love life. After learning that his other lover had started seeing another man, he allegedly created fake Facebook accounts under her name and used them to contact other men in an attempt to discredit her in the eyes of her new husband. Her husband eventually filed for divorce after learning of her affair with Alexey. She later remarried, and Alexey, according to Tatyana, tried to interfere with that relationship as well. As a result, he was ordered to attend anger management courses. She allegedly refrenced a third criminal case but didn’t clarify what it pertained to.

There are immense difficulties in verfiying the claims due to the mutliple spellings of both first and last name used interchangably, there are variations ranging from Aleksei Oleinik to Alexey Oleynik floating around online. We were unable to independantly verify existance of these court cases.

It all culminated when Alexey reportedly shot up his lover’s car — while she wasn’t inside — which led to the second criminal case being opened against him.

Tatyana did not specify the reason for the third case, but claimed that full information is available online.

According to Tatyana, who described herself as having been the head of his coaching staff and a key figure in promoting his MMA career, their family problems began after “numerous betrayals” by Alexey. Despite this, she says she remained with him until January 2024, when “he called me and all the children and announced that he was leaving the family for another woman.”

The financial accusations are particularly pointed, with Tatyana claiming Alexey borrowed approximately $100,000 from private investors using their family home as collateral, forcing her to pay $1,000 monthly in interest. She also alleges he borrowed money from their eldest daughter with a promise to repay by 2025 but “did not give a ruble.”

Tatyana claims Alexey pays only the minimum alimony of 60,000 rubles (approximately $650) for their three minor children, while concealing his true income from the courts. “Oleynik concealed from the court the fact that he signed a contract for two bouts with a total fee of about $400,000, which he himself reported to the media,” she stated.

In his defense, Alexey told Match TV that these accusations are “a lie” and that he pays “even in a larger amount than 100%” of what the court has ordered. He characterized the situation differently, suggesting that Tatyana “does not have enough money for a fun life in the US, so she demands additional money from him.”

The 47-year-old, who has competed against some of the UFC’s top heavyweights during his career, claims he gave Tatyana “100% of everything we had in terms of property,” including “a house worth more than $1.6 million, a car, gold and all other property.”

The public dispute took another turn when Tatyana posted a video on Instagram announcing she was closing comments on her recent post due to “a large amount of hate” that was upsetting their children. She claimed that “one of the most interested characters in this story” was writing negative comments under fake accounts.

“I remain open to cooperate with the media. I am ready to share the most truthful information with all the evidence,” Tatyana stated in her video, adding that her interview with Match TV revealed only “part of what happened to me, my children and me over the past four years.”

The allegations of criminal cases remain among the most serious claims in what has become an increasingly bitter public dispute between the former couple.
