Joe Rogan Claims BJJ Changed Zuckerberg’s Body In One Specific Way

During a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, UFC commentator Joe Rogan noticed something different about Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s physique – particularly his neck.

“We’re also lucky that you got into jiu-jitsu because I think that had an affect on you. You looked different when you walked in here today you looked thicker, you looked like a different guy,” Rogan observed during their conversation. “You do, you look like a jiu-jitsu guy now, it’s funny. I saw your neck, I’m like his neck’s bigger, your neck is bigger.”

The observation comes as Zuckerberg has been dedicating significant time to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training. The Meta CEO has become increasingly involved in martial arts, regularly attending UFC events and pursuing his training with notable commitment.

The physical transformation was immediately apparent to Rogan, who has extensive experience in martial arts and can recognize the telltale signs of consistent BJJ practice. The changes in Zuckerberg’s physique, particularly the increased neck size, are characteristic of dedicated BJJ practitioners.

During the same podcast episode, Zuckerberg also discussed other topics, including content moderation challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. “This really hit the most extreme during the Biden administration when they were trying to roll out the vaccine program,” Zuckerberg revealed. “They pushed us super hard, to take down things that were honestly true. They basically pushed us and said, ‘Anything that says that vaccines might have side effects, you basically need to take down.'”

While speculation has circulated about potential competitive appearances, including a much-discussed possible match with Tesla CEO Elon Musk, no concrete plans have materialized. However, Zuckerberg’s physical transformation continues to draw attention, serving as a testament to his dedication to the martial art.
