In a controversial move that has sparked widespread criticism, Dee Devlin, fiancee of MMA star Conor McGregor, took to social media to publicly attack the woman who recently won a civil lawsuit against McGregor.
The development comes just days after McGregor was ordered to pay $260,000 in damages following a civil trial in Dublin where a jury ruled against him. In the aftermath of the verdict, McGregor has faced significant commercial consequences, losing various marketing partnerships, and has expressed his intention to appeal the decision.
Rather than maintaining silence during this sensitive period, Devlin chose to post inflammatory messages on her Instagram stories targeting the plaintiff. “Imagine a woman, with her own boyfriend and child, texting provocative pictures of herself to another woman’s man with a family and child on the way,” Devlin wrote. “This woman claims to know me, yet still went ahead and sent messages and pictures of herself over and over to my man?”
The social media outburst continued with Devlin making additional accusations about the plaintiff’s behavior and parenting. In a separate Instagram post, Devlin expressed unwavering support for McGregor, stating, “My man and I have created a beautiful life together. I love him I trust him and I BELIEVE HIM!”
She further emphasized their family bonds, adding, “Our four beautiful children whose smiling faces and happy hearts are testimony to the man he is and who we are! No one is entitled to comment on our relationship- we trust one another and love one another.”
Devlin concluded her posts with a defiant message: “Nothing or nobody will change that. Our family stands strong!”
