Popular streamer Adin Ross unleashed a scathing tirade against former UFC welterweight champion Leon Edwards after losing a staggering $250,000 bet on the British man’s title defense at UFC 304.
Edwards, who was the clear favorite heading into his rematch with Belal Muhammad, ultimately suffered a disappointing unanimous decision defeat, much to the dismay of Ross and his legion of followers. The loss not only cost the streamer a significant sum of money but also ignited his frustration with the champion’s performance.
In a now-viral livestream, Ross did not hold back, calling Edwards the “worst champion ever” and accusing him of being a “disgrace to the UFC.” The 23-year-old went on to claim that Edwards “lost [him] a s*it ton of money” and that he was “pathetic and sad” to watch.
“Leon Edwards, you are by far the worst champion ever. You lost in your own home country, you f***ing suck, you are a disgrace to the UFC,” Ross said, visibly upset. “It’s a joke. He’s a f***ing champion, and he’s fighting like that? What is that bullsh*t?”
The harsh criticism from Ross did not go unnoticed, with former UFC star Nate Diaz quickly coming to Edwards’ defense. Diaz took to social media, threatening to “beat [Ross’] a**” for his disrespectful comments towards the new champion.

“I won’t expose the UFC fighter, oh god. Leon Edwards, you are by far the worst champion ever. You lost in your own home country, you f***ing suck, you are a disgrace to the UFC. You suck, you suck, you suck, you suck, you suck,” Ross continued, unable to contain his frustration.
Despite the backlash, the streamer refused to back down, doubling down on his criticism of Edwards’ performance and even comparing him unfavorably to the late NBA legend Kobe Bryant.
Edwards’ coach meanwhile blamed back injury for lackluster performance. UFC certainly didn’t help the event by booking it on US time even though it was in the UK – fans were struggling to stay awake with the main event starting at 4AM.
