(Video) UFC Fan Leaves Arman Tsarukyan Perplexed with Odd Kick Request

UFC lightweight contender Arman Tsarukyan recently shared a peculiar story about an encounter with an American fan. The No. 1 ranked Tsarukyan revealed that a fan approached him and asked to be low kicked and punched by the elite star.

“Recently a guy came up to me and asked me if I could low kick him,” Tsarukyan said. “I thought he was a fool and that he would try and sue me. I said, let’s do it. He recorded a statement and wrote it down.”

Tsarukyan obliged the strange request, low kicking the fan which caused him to fall down. But the fan didn’t stop there.

“He asked me if I could hit him with a left hand. I said, yes. He is an American fan and he is very strange,” Tsarukyan stated.

The Armenian couldn’t believe what he was being asked by the overzealous fan who seemingly wanted to experience Tsarukyan’s knockout power first-hand.

Background on Arman Tsarukyan Tsarukyan is one of the top lightweights in the UFC, sporting a 22-3 professional record. The 26-year-old is riding a six-fight win streak, with recent victories over Mateusz Gamrot and former interim champion Charles Oliveira.

However, Tsarukyan has drawn criticism from figures like Chael Sonnen for turning down a short-notice title shot against lightweight champion Islam Makhachev at UFC 302. With Makhachev looking at other big fights, Sonnen believes Tsarukyan may have missed his window for a title opportunity.

As strange as the fan interaction was, Tsarukyan continues making waves in and out of the octagon as he pursues UFC gold. His mix of exciting fights and bizarre stories certainly keeps him in the spotlight.
