Teenage Bodybuilder Who Claimed He Was Natty Was Exposed By His Hospital Record

Logan Dishman became a controversial figure in the fitness community after spending months rage-baiting audiences by claiming he was natural while lifting extraordinary amounts of weight at just 16 and 17 years old.

Despite widespread skepticism, he consistently and aggressively maintained his natural status. That all unraveled when he ended up in the hospital with an infection stemming from a poorly administered injection.

Once admitted, everything came out. His cycles, the stuff he had been using, and, most importantly, his blood work. The lab results were reportedly among the worst ever publicly discussed for an enhanced athlete.

His lipid profile was especially alarming, with cholesterol markers reportedly climbing into the 300s and approaching 400s, which is more than eight times above the normal reference range. The long-term danger of such levels has been compared to repeatedly adding small amounts of sand to a car’s engine oil.

While no immediate damage may be apparent, the particles gradually create microscopic wear that eventually leads to catastrophic engine failure. Similarly, severely elevated lipid levels can silently accelerate cardiovascular damage over time.

Reports also indicated that Dishman injected 600 mg of trenbolone the day before training with Larry Wheels, while also using MENT. The reported dosage raised eyebrows throughout the bodybuilding community due to its extreme nature.

What followed the hospitalization was perhaps even more concerning than the incident itself. Rather than stepping back or changing course after a life-threatening medical scare, Dishman appeared to continue posting the same rage-bait content, leaning into the controversy while showing no visible changes in either his condition or his approach.

Observers also noted that his gynecomastia appeared to have worsened over time. Gynecomastia develops when estrogenic activity outweighs androgenic effects at the breast tissue level. Once glandular tissue has formed, it does not disappear naturally, leaving surgery as the only permanent solution. The use of growth hormone or IGF-1 alongside anabolic steroids can further stimulate the growth of existing tissue.

For athletes dealing with severely impaired cholesterol markers, medications such as ezetimibe and low-dose, infrequent rosuvastatin have been suggested by some experts as options that may help improve cardiovascular health while minimizing the performance drawbacks associated with more traditional statin protocols.

Many have questioned the role of parental oversight, asking why stronger intervention was not made before matters escalated. At an age when most teenagers are still physically developing, Dishman has continued posting about plans to compete in bodybuilding shows despite carrying considerably more body fat than would typically be competitive, leading some to view those ambitions as another form of engagement-driven content rather than a serious competitive pursuit.
