22 Year Old Fitness Influencer Reveals Peptide Stack He’s Using To Recover From Injury

22-year-old bodybuilder Genetic Anomaly addressed his peptide use directly in his latest video after sustaining two separate injuries within roughly six weeks, one to his adductor and another to his pectoral muscle.

Early during the video, he told viewers that transparency was his goal.

“I’m going to go over my recovery stack that I’m taking for both my doctor and my chest at this point, you know, later on in the video. So just keep watching,” he said.

When he eventually turned to the topic, he emphasized that he was sharing his personal experience rather than encouraging others to follow suit.

“Now we’re going to talk about peptides. I’m not one to promote peptides or gear. I’m just showing you guys what I’m doing, you know, because I’m being completely honest with the whole thing at this point,” he said.

He also made clear that he would not disclose every detail of his regimen. “Obviously, I’m not going to go into what I’m taking as a whole, you know. I’m not one to do that and I won’t, because I don’t want to promote this in general,” he added.

He explained that repeated questions from viewers about his recent injury ultimately prompted him to speak more openly about his recovery approach.

“I got a lot of questions regarding my injury. I hurt my pec like a week ago and I’ve been taking TB500 and BP-157. They call it like the Wolverine stack,” he said.

He noted that his initial plan had been to rely on natural recovery before reconsidering. “You know, I was going to let like nature take its course and just heal naturally, but my pec is a serious thing. Like I really want this to recover. So that is why I’m trying the peptides,” he explained.

Discussing early results, he acknowledged the uncertainty surrounding what was driving his improvement.

“So far, my pec is feeling a lot better. I can’t tell you if it’s good or not, because I don’t know how to differentiate if I’m healing naturally or better with the peptides,” he said. Still, he pointed to one practical sign of progress. “But I can tell you guys that after a week, I can actually like train well,” he added.

He went on to describe specific functional changes he had noticed during training.

“I haven’t noticed much of a difference aside from the fact I cannot train my chest,” he said. He then highlighted movements that had become more comfortable. “But as you saw, I did the side laterals with no pain. I can turn my back a bit better and I don’t feel the stretch anymore like when I put my hand up, you know. So at least that is sorted,” he continued.

Finally, he framed the injuries as a learning experience, particularly around recovery habits. “I feel like these injuries, yes, they happened in a short amount of time. They did piss me off, but they also taught me some lessons. And that’s how you should look at obstacles in life, you know, lessons,” he said.

He specifically pointed to hydration as an area he had previously underestimated. “I learned that I really need to hydrate and how important it is to be hydrated as a bodybuilder, but specifically when you get to a certain size, because before I didn’t really give a about hydration as much. Like I didn’t take it too seriously,” he admitted.

He concluded with a reflection on the physical demands of increasing muscle mass. “But now I’m lifting some heavy weights and my muscles are obviously growing faster than my tendons. So I need to be extra careful. You know, when you get big, you need to drink big,” he said.
