Clavicular’s Girlfriend Shows Her 2 Month Transformation After He Put Her On A Retatrutide Protocol

A recent video from influencer Clavicular’s girlfriend has sparked conversation around retatrutide and its growing use beyond traditional clinical weight loss settings. In the clip, she shares her two-month transformation while attributing her facial changes to a protocol designed by Clavicular.

The short video shows her holding up an older photo of herself on her phone. Her current face looks noticeably leaner, with sharper definition around the jawline and cheekbones.

She explains that she once had what she described as a “straight neck to face” look, but says Clavicular’s protocol, which includes bonesmashing and other looksmax-focused techniques, changed that. According to her, the enhanced facial structure is entirely the result of his method.

Clavicular has already positioned himself as one of the most polarizing voices in the looks optimization community. During a conversation with SNEAKO, he defended his use of these treatments with an unusual argument about modern food systems.

“People think, oh well, you know, if you just didn’t consume the garbage foods and you just ate like a carnivore or whatever you wouldn’t need these d**gs,” Clavicular said. “But you know, the response that I would give to that is if you’ve got people so intent on messing up a society, you’re not going to beat them based on your willpower and your resources in most cases.”

His position centers on accessibility. Most people, he argues, cannot afford to eat natural, organic foods and will inevitably consume processed options.

He stated: “You have to just go with the tools that are at your disposal to not harm your looks in a high degree and to not get severely obese eating slop foods. So that’s why I’m very pro-reta, very pro-peptide.”

When SNEAKO brought up peptides during their discussion, Clavicular didn’t hesitate. “Peptides are great,” he responded. “The most popular one out there right now is called retatrutide. It’s a very similar d**g to Ozempic. They’re the same class.”

Asked about concerns regarding vision loss associated with semaglutide, he acknowledged the risks but emphasized his preference for retatrutide, describing it as “just like a stronger version essentially that just hits different receptors.”

What sets retatrutide apart from earlier GLP-1s is its triple-action mechanism. While semaglutide targets only GLP-1 receptors and tirzepatide addresses both GLP-1 and GIP, retatrutide adds a third pathway through glucagon agonism. Some researchers have informally dubbed it GLP-3 due to this expanded approach.

Additionally, Stanford neuroscientist Andrew Huberman recently described retatrutide as “the peptide that’s going to change everything,” noting its performance in trials.

“In a phase three clinical trial in humans, it caused up to one-third loss of body weight. So a loss of one-third of body weight in about six months’ time. And it seems like there’s some degree of muscle sparing. It works phenomenally well for weight loss,” Huberman explained.

However, there has been a growing tension between clinical intent and real-world application of such treatments. Retatrutide has not received FDA approval, with expectations pointing toward mid-2026 for official authorization. Despite this, the compound has already entered circulation through research chemical companies and compounding pharmacies.

Huberman addressed this regulatory gray area directly. “We are looking at a potential change in the laws around peptides, such that buying peptides would become illegal. I actually think this is a terrible idea. But the motivation behind this is largely because Lilly owns the patent.”

He continued: “People are already injecting Retratrutide. They can buy it out there. They’re taking it at maybe a third of the dose that’s recommended in the trial. And they are seeing phenomenal results at fat loss. Not a week goes by where I don’t get 100 questions about Retratrutide to my phone, my personal phone, let alone email.”

For the average person struggling with obesity, Clavicular sees these GLP-1s as genuinely transformative.

He stated: “You look at the obesity stats in America and the average person is just so egregiously overweight that you can’t even really start to analyze what’s wrong, what are the flaws in their looks until they lose a substantial amount of weight. So just for the average person, getting to like 10 to 12 percent body fat is going to put you so far ahead of the average person.”
