YouTuber Held a Competition to See Who Is Stronger, Tall Bodybuilder Women or Strong Dwarf Men

YouTuber Jesse James West recently orchestrated an unconventional fitness competition that pitted female bodybuilders against men with dwarfism in a series of strength challenges.

The video, titled “Female Giants vs. Strongest Dwarfs,” featured multiple events designed to test raw power, endurance, and athleticism between the two groups.

The competition kicked off with one-rep max squats, where participants including Maya and Lorenzo went plate by plate until someone couldn’t continue. Despite Maya achieving an impressive 500 lbs (227 kg) personal record, Lorenzo claimed the first victory with 585 lbs (265 kg).

West noted that Lorenzo has been known to squat over 700 lbs (318 kg), showcasing the remarkable strength concentrated in his smaller frame.

The challenges varied widely in format. A 6,000 lbs (2,722 kg) G-Wagon pull saw both teams racing against the clock, with the women narrowly winning by just 16 milliseconds. Mass wrestling followed, where competitors pulled opponents across a line while gripping a bar, with the women taking that round two to one.

The deadlift gauntlet took an unexpected turn when both teams abandoned individual efforts for creative team strategies. The women used multiple team members to complete lifts, prompting the men to respond with three people sharing one bar. West acknowledged the chaos, saying, “I’ll make better rules next time.”

Tug-of-war competitions escalated from three men versus one woman to a full five-on-five battle, with the women demonstrating their advantage in the larger team format. The wrestling challenges proved equally competitive, with participants eliminated when their knee touched the ground or they exited the circle.

The entire competition came down to a tiebreaker: fireman carries for time. Each team selected one member to carry someone from the opposing team around a marker and back. The men’s team secured the final victory in this decisive event.

Throughout the competition, both teams engaged in spirited trash talk and mutual respect. The event highlighted how strength manifests differently across body types and genders, challenging assumptions about physical capabilities.

While the men with dwarfism demonstrated exceptional pound-for-pound strength and lower centers of gravity, the female bodybuilders leveraged their height, reach, and considerable muscle mass.
