19-year-old internet personality Clavicular recently demonstrated a height enhancement technique to fellow influencer SNEAKO, revealing a method he claims to have used extensively before entering his first relationship.
The video shows Clavicular introducing SNEAKO to what enthusiasts call “the sock in the shoe method,” a simple but effective way to gain additional height through strategic footwear modification. The demonstration captured SNEAKO’s genuine surprise at the results.
“Holy f**k, I’m way taller,” SNEAKO can be heard saying after trying the technique.
Clavicular agreed, saying: “You guys see what I mean? It’s like dude and no one is gonna f**king realize that.”
Clavicular explained that the method involves placing material inside shoes to create elevation, similar to commercially available height-increasing footwear. “There’s like specific shoes that they make that are already like this,” he noted during the demonstration.
The young influencer then shared his personal history with the technique, revealing the lengths he went to before gaining confidence in his relationships.
“Before I had my first girlfriend I would do literally like I would take Timberland boots and I’d fill it to the brim I make myself six inches taller,” Clavicular stated. He emphasized this was not a joke, adding “I’m not trolling either I’m being 100%.”
According to Clavicular, he employed this method consistently during that period of his life but discontinued the practice once he entered a relationship. “And then I got a girlfriend and I just stopped really giving a f**k about it,” he explained.
He mentioned attempting to return to the practice more recently but found the adjustment period challenging. “I tried to go back after like earlier and like September but it takes a while to get used to like the f**king angle and s**t,” he said.
SNEAKO appeared impressed by both the simplicity and effectiveness of the technique. “This is the method bro,” he remarked during the demonstration.
Clavicular positioned himself as something of an authority on appearance enhancement strategies, stating “I’m like the most professional like lift maxxer and I’m already like pretty tall so I like doing this.”
