During an episode of The Joe Rogan Experience with Shane Gillis, host Joe Rogan praised PFL star Dakota Ditcheva, sparking an online response from BKFC star Bec Rawlings.
The conversation began when Rogan brought up the British competitor during their discussion about combat sports. “Have you seen that really pretty girl that fights in the PFL?” Rogan asked Gillis. “What’s her name? Dakota Ditcheva. I don’t know how to say her last name.”
Rogan described Ditcheva as a Muay Thai specialist with an impressive knockout record. “Most of her fights win by knockout,” he explained. “She’s this Muay Thai specialist, but she’s pretty. She’s real pretty and like slim and slender.”
The podcast host emphasized both her appearance and combat prowess. “She’s tuning up all these girls. She’s nasty, man,” Rogan said while showing footage of her matches. He pointed out her striking techniques, noting her knee strikes and overall dominance in the cage.
Rogan continued to describe what someone might think upon seeing her outside the combat context. “If you saw her at a club, you would say, ‘Wow, she looks really fit.’ Like maybe she’s a CrossFit or something,” he suggested, before warning about her actual capabilities in combat.
The comments drew attention after PFL posted a clip on Instagram, prompting a response from former UFC star Bec Rawlings.

Rawlings wrote sarcastically: “Have you seen that like really hot guy? He fights guys, and he’s really hot.”
Ditcheva has built an impressive record in mixed martial arts, competing in the flyweight division. Her striking background and finishing ability have made her one of the more talked-about stars in the PFL organization.
