UFC veteran just told Influencer who sterilized himself at 14 to Looksmax that Bonesmashing WORKS

A conversation between UFC heavyweight veteran Todd Duffee and controversial influencer Clavicular has added fuel to one of the internet’s most debated self-improvement practices.

During a recent stream, Duffee confirmed what the 19-year-old looksmaxxing advocate has been preaching: deliberately striking bones can lead to structural changes.

The exchange came as Clavicular questioned whether the same principles that strengthen shins through repeated impact could apply to facial bones. Duffee’s response was unequivocal.

“Yeah, like if you look at heavyweight wrestlers, look at my brow, like that’s not like that’s for me like grinding my head against somebody else’s head for an hour,” Duffee explained, pointing to his own facial development as evidence.

When asked directly if his face had masculinized and grown substantially since his MMA career, he answered affirmatively, though he acknowledged that natural hormonal development during his teenage years also played a role.

The former top-five ranked UFC heavyweight then made a statement that will likely reverberate throughout the looksmaxxing community: “Yeah, bone smashing is real, yeah legit.”

As proof, Duffee directed attention to his hands. “Look at my knuckles, like I’ve been hitting stuff. It’s gonna develop. Like that’s just biology.” He further confirmed that from an aesthetic perspective, the technique could work for facial enhancement: “If you’re trying to chisel your face out, yeah you could do that for sure.”

This scientific principle, known as Wolff’s law, suggests that bone adapts to the loads placed upon it. When bone experiences stress through impact, it responds by becoming denser and stronger during the healing process. Martial artists have long applied this concept to condition their shins and knuckles, creating micro-fractures that heal into harder, more resilient bone tissue.

Clavicular has become one of the most prominent voices in the looksmaxxing movement, a community dedicated to maximizing physical attractiveness through various methods ranging from conventional fitness to controversial interventions.

The young influencer began testosterone replacement therapy at just 14 years old, purchasing it online without medical supervision, and has since invested thousands monthly in supplements, peptides, and procedures.

His advocacy for bone smashing involves punching oneself in the face while bracing to create controlled micro-fractures. Beyond the long-term structural benefits, Clavicular claims the practice creates temporary inflammation and swelling that makes cheekbones appear more prominent before social events.
